Renaming of forum

To address the requests of having a place to discuss photo techniques, and at the same time not wanting to create yet another forum, I have renamed the "From Darkroom to Prints" forum, which was little used, into "Techniques (shooting developing printing)".

THis new forum will keep hosting the darkroom and printing discussions, and from now on is open to the photo techniques discussions as well.

I have moved Peter's "shooting in the shadows" thread in there.
