Ebay: russiansale
Sells mostly old soviet stuff but has some russian photo lenses. I just received a MIR-1B lens today and it's working alright. Just some dust on the outside i cleaned in 5 minutes. I guess they know little about lenses and some they sell could be lemons but my experience was good. The russian post is ultra-slow, be ready to wait more than a month at least, the seller warned me beforehand and answered every question I had.
