Really AF Confirm?

This seller sells cheap supposedly AF Confirm M42 adapters for EOS.

In the title in clearly states AF Confirm, but on the picture it shows no chip.

Is it really AF Confirm or has the seller no idea what he/she's talking about?

It is also made of "super blonze", what's that?

There is no chip on pictures, so this is a simple adapter.
