If I had Bob's camera and lens, Bob's landscape, Bob's talent, I could shoot
the same damn shot. I don't know what all this gushing is about.... Laughing

Crackin' shot, Bob! Cool Smile

Beautiful shot! I think the snow capped mountains in the background add soooo much more to the shot. It is a photo of the autumn colors but the shot shows that winter is not far off!

Mike, he probably photoshopped the snow-capped mountains, in, wouldn't
put it past him. Laughing Kiddin', Bob! Wink You are lucky to have such
scenery!

Lovely landscape, Bob!
I like those landscapes with the images mirrored on the water, this one is excellent!!. Well composed, nice colouring, admirable sharpness.......
Thanks for sharing!

This was my second attempt Andy as the sky was overcast and the light flat on the previous day - not even Velvia could rescue it. Laughing This is my second Zeiss Oberkochen lens by the way - it's catching.... Wink

That was exactly the reason I was so determined to get the shot Mike, as like you, I felt the snow would add that extra something. Thankfully, (or not, for some.... LOL) it was early this year.

No P6 this time Attila but I did shoot a few frames with the RB67 + 50mm and Velvia 100.... Wink Depending on weather, I may take another trip up with the P6 as I have both Velvia 50 and Provia 100 in the fridge.

As well as myself and the RB, there was also one guy there with a Fuji GX617 and another with a view camera as well so MF and manual focus was well represented.

Thank you Orio, and thank you for recommending I get this lens; you were right - I don't regret it. It's now very much a part of my landscape arsenal.

Need to get it developed and then scanned Attila.

I don't have a scanner capable of handling slides in any format so I'll need to get the film developed, then select the shots and have them scanned.
