Problem with my new Mir-1B

Two days ago I received the Mir-1B lens I got from eBay. The lense is in like new condition but there is one problem with it.
The aperture seems to be reversed, when I move the aperture ring to F/2.8 the blades close, when I turn the aperture ring to f/16 the blades open to maximum.
Is this something that is easy to fix, or is the better to try and return the lens to the seller?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Are you sure there aren't two rings?

If you mean preset lens, no this one is not a preset lens.

This is how the lens looks:

This is the item on eBay that I won:

How silly am I..LOL. Actually I did notice that there is a ring right next to the front of the lens. I thought that the middle ring is the only one to control the aperture and is without clicks (like Jupiter-37A).

Thank you all for you help and please excuse my ignorance.
