I had a Client just before I fully retired who wanted to look like a 'Gangster and Tough Guy' -- I used my 2002 Hasselblad 501CM + A16 back + 180mm f4 CFi Sonnar T* lens and 1996 dated Ilford FP4+ rated 50 ASA and processed in Home-made 'Outdated Film' developer Formula I had read about and got good negs. I had a Darkroom Print session yesterday using my LPL C770 Pro + 80mm f5.5 Componon lens and very OLD ( but FREE ! ) Ilford Gallerie Glossy Grade 3 10x8" gone 'Soft' . I processed in my Home-Made Ilford PQ Universal Formula 1+9 to see if it gave better contrast than D72 formula. Prints were 'Soft' but scanned well
