Hello to all manual lens lovers! Recently I got this interesting vintage lens. It looks like the lens from some enlarger or something: it has no focuser and it is not really large for its FL (size of regular 35mm lens). The thing what's making me curious - its aperture value. It starts from 1 and goes up to 16. According to the lens size it doesn't really looks like it could be 11cm (110mm) f1.0 lens, but well, with tis vintage stuff you never know) I will be more then happy if someone will tell me more about this beauty. Thank you for your help in advance!

The aperture setting is RELATIVE to its speed which I guess to be f6-f8 at best. Quite common for repro (which I think this is) or macro lenses.

That Ernemann camera was custom equipped by the owner with an 11 cm. Repronar to be used for repro work. But the fact that it covers 10x15 is an useful information.
So, it's a repro lens for the 10x15 cm large format.

I'm not an expert on this issue. I just gave a link to the first information I could find on the network. Perhaps this link will help Olesya, and maybe not help ....

Thanks everyone for your kind replies!
I just made a quick test of this lens with my Sony A7II and found out, that it has an aperture between f4.0 and f5.6. Also the back focal length of the lens is about 90mm. So I add few macro rings to my Sony E-LTM adapter and made a few test shots with this lens on wide open aperture to check the bokeh) You may find test samples below

Had higher expectations. Contrast is low as expected
but sharpness is really disappointing for a repro lens Sad
