Yes, I'm still fascinated too. It's more than one year ago, when the UPS man arrived at my door and I took the box with trembling hands.

Since then I have taken more than 1900 images, thats what Lightroom says. Smile

Some of the 1900:

Contax AX, Velvia RVP, f1.2

Contax AX, Rollei Retro, f1.2

5D, f4

5D, f1.2

5D, f2 or f2.8

5D, don't remember the f stop, but it was very dark Smile

The Planar mounted on a 40D

Still 1995 images left... Smile

magical! the perfect lens for your perfect wife!
I wonder if you use this lens on the 40D, since I switch full frame, all my lenses got better

Fantastic quality from this lens.
Still though, the photographer is far more the star than the lens.

Thank you Poilu. I never used it with a APS-C cam, the image was only for documentary purposes Smile

Carlsson with Planar f1.2/85 = perfection
what a viewing experience, I am perplexed

Sadly I must say... your work with this lens has only heightened more my impossible lust Shocked

There is a real life to the bokeh with this lens, a richness. It is thick cream, not liquid. For me a great balance between itself art, and emphasizing the focal point.

Thanks for taking the time to share once again from your great talent and collection!

Kelly.
