Hello,

I got this old beauty this week. I didn't hear of it before.
It suffers light fungus and pictures need some contrast to be added, but... okay.
I'll try to clean lenses with cold cream as Indianadinos showed us. Wink

Here are some quick shots.
The lens, shot with MF zoom Angenieux 35-70mm f2.3-3.5

Uncommon lens. There is a very different looking older version in alu that is more common.

Do you know in what decade it was made ? 1960s ?

This is a very kind cat. He has something secial and loves to look at the computer screen.

About PP, yes, Rino. In DPP, I had to push contrast.
Because of light fungus, it lacks of contrast. But it remains light PP.

The diaph always stay perfectly round with this old one !

Yes, I guess early-middle 1960's.

There were at least three versions of Piesker 3.5/135, two alu and one black.

The earliest Alu version is I think from about 1954, that the earliest I can find it in Seymours catalogs.

There was an updated alu version from the later 1950's probably, and then this one.

(I know it's topic from 2010 but in "vintage lens age" is like nothing Wink )

I've got this lens on ebay as "135mm 2.8 m42 lens". Bought it because it looks like light saber Razz Mine has black mount.

It's an like MOG Trioplan 100mm 2.8 (which I also have) on steroids - more bubbles, more swirl. Very light, very long.

If you've ever find this one on ebay - buy buy buy

Later I'll post some photos.

I like when "antique" topics come back to life. We are lucky to have Attila maintain this great site with lot of storage capacity.

Yes, it's a great lens. It seems very rare.
