I got a few today. The first is without tilting. Tilting down and to the left a little allowed me to get both flowers in focus at f/8.

Nikon D300
Arsat 80mm 2.8 with tilt adapter







And these 2 were also shot at f/8.

You look you are getting a very good start with the tilt and shift. Keep posting updates as you learn new techniques.
