There is so many different printing papers available.
I have Ilford, Ultrafine and Luminos. The first two are new, the luminos is old, supposedly kept frozen. Approximately 200 sheets for $20 USD, I took a chance on it.

What criteria do you use for paper selection?

I favor fiber based papers, Slavich Bromportrait 80 is my favorite paper at this time. My enlarger is a Eastman Kodak Brownie Enlarging Camera #4, a fixed focus enlarger, so the bromide paper is a good match for this enlarger.

I do have some kodak paper that I got for a good price, expired.

A box of PolyContrast III RC N Semimatt and
a box of Polymax Fine-Art FD Glossy

I use the Polymax Fine-Art paper for test prints, not a big fan of glossy paper.

My favorite paper for Alt process is Twin Rocker 200lb water color paper hot pressed on 1 side only with a deckle edge .
