pentacon 50 1.8 fungus

I've got this pentacon 50mm 1.8 with this:












(backlight)

is that fungus ? its easy to clean without disassemble the aperture mechanism ?
can i use isopropanol or will damage the coating ?

That looks as though it might be too bad to clean. When a lens is covered like that it is often etched into the surface and no amount of cleaning can save it.
It's not a complicated lens to take apart so it's worth a try. I use cold cream, the same stuff that women use to remove make up, which I leave on the lens for a while then clean off with soapy water.

is not that bad, the picture with light is exagerated.
i open the lens and it looks that is already cleaned, aparently this is stuck on the coating.
isopropanol do nothing in the blades and coating.
but i cannot open the front and rear element inner thread. i did much force but maybe its glued. so the inner front lens and inner rear lens is dirt.
