Another lens from my Vintage Canon collection. I beleive this is a thorium version that increases the refractive index in the images. cant be sure though. A true classic. Focusing is smooth, stops down accurately, creates the smoothese bokeh I have seen so far. The glass is in excellent condition and one this good rarely comes around! You will not be disappointed. This lens will fit CANON FL and FD film SLRs or any Digital SLR (including micro four thirds) via an mount adaptor that is available cheaply on ebay.

Normal signs of use on the barrel as seen in pics

The optics super clean with no fungus, oil residue or haze. No marks or scratches on the optics. (THATS MOST IMPORTANT ANYWAY)

Slight dust inside the lens elements which is never an issue in these lenses.

Focus ring turns buttery smooth

Aperture ring turns and clicks perfectly

The glass is in excellent condition and one this good rarely comes around! You will not be disappointed. The lens body may look worn, but that doesnt really matter to me. Personally, as long as the optics are perfect and image quality is not compromised, the lens is fit for purpose.
