The image stabilization on the E-510 doesn't work with legacy lenses Sad I'd like image stabilization for my lenses, particularly after drinking in the evenings!

I am afraid E-3 will be very expensive, if I have that money I buy instead a less crop camera Nikon or Canon.

Olympus now makes some beautiful lenses for their digitals and the 4/3 system. I especially like the Olympus 8mm full frame fisheye and the 7-14mm ultra wide angle zoom. Both a expensive however. I have a Panasonic L1 which is 4/3 and it came with the Leica 14-50mm zoom which is also a very desirable piece of glass. From my research I would happily own the Evolt E-330 instead of the L1 but for this lens which is superb and only comes with the Panasonic and its Leica equivalent body.

they are expensive and I not sure about they quality, I not like moder AF lenses they have no personality in my opinion. You can use many old lenses on your 4/3 camera but wide angle is limited that is true.

My E300 seems to do a very decent job when I get it right (exposure and focussing at the same time!). I am using some very attractive old russian and german M42 lenses with results that are opening my eyes. So many of the people on this forum appreciate the "character" of the older lenses and I must say I am starting to see what they are talking about. And boy! are there a lot of them...
