EDIT: First pic was oversharpened, no sharpening in LR, and only USM
once in PS at 35/1/0.

Andy and Poilu, thanks for you comments! I think I just found my favorite
50. I was going cross-eyed trying to pick one pic over the other in sharpness, finally gave up and picked these three. It's the best I have in
bokeh and color in a 50, too.
Thanks again,

Fantastic shots, both technically and interestingness wise.
Sadly, my Zuiko 50/1.8 is my ONLY Zuiko without a lazy diaphragm. The 50/1.4 and 85/2 both suffer from this. Seems to be a weak point with the mount? _________________ -Jussi

They can ... If you change the mount. The Olympus register is 46mm, thus compatible with Pentax. |

Just look for a Olympus FTL lens. These lenses are rather uncommon but their big advantage is that they come in M42 mount. I have the 28/3.5 and 135/3.5 FTL. Both are superb lenses. There were also a 35/2.8, 50/1.8, 50/1.4 and 200/4 made by Olympus in M42 mount but I don't have them.
Here's a link about the interesting Olympus FTL: http://www.biofos.com/cornucop/ftl.html
Cheers!
