I want to ask if mirrorless cameras can shoot with old 35 mm lenses .
I have made an SLR to View Camera Conversion , but only Medium Format lenses give me some clearence between body & lens , to allow for Tilt & Shift movements .

I suppose 35 mm lenses should leave lots of such clearence if used with 3/4 mirrorless bodies .
A good & cheap body ? I completely ignore about the 3/4 stuff .

Yes, 35mm lens use on M43 cameras is growing. 'baY serch for M43 adapter.

I wonder why nobody already make M43 tilt-shift adapter? There is nearly an inch difference in M43 and many 35mm camera registers, plenty of room?

Used G1 is probably least expensive quality M43 camera.

Someone in Japan is developing it. Not sure if it will be avaliable.

Only rumors, many rumors Laughing

That adapter is for M43 lenses, retain electrical but must be use for closeup only because adapter is like extension tube.

With M42/Nikon/etc. to M43 tilt-shift adapter, lens focus to infinity.

Maybe nobody make one yet for M43 is same reason very few medium format lens to 35mm tilt-shift adapter have been made, whatever reason that is Laughing

There are many reasons for the Tilt/Shift adapters to have little popularity . They are highly specialised tools , and professionists that are the potential users , have ( or can buy for little ) already LF cameras .
Of course they don't risk with something less .
Amateurs , usually ask for the selective focus effect rather , than the absolute focus , so they can arrange with less complicated/qualified/expensive solutions .
Demanding amateurs and many pros prefer the Shift/Tilt lenses by the Big Two also . Much lighter and made for the purpose also .
What makes me wonder instead , is how nobody has made a Sensor Tilt/Shift Camera yet , with auto Tilt on three selected focus points !!!!
This would work with ANY lens as well .

You can buy the LensBaby Tilt adapter for Micro4/3, which will adapt a Nikon lens to the Micro4/3 camera. It is expensive, however.
