Hi,

after a longer absence due to very bad health problems within the family below few images from my first walk after a long time at a late Indian Summer day her in our valley. All images with D800 and Nikkor 4,5/300mm ED AIS at ISO 800.

extrordinary pictures from your walks - good to have them here

D800 and a heavy long lens, that is demanding
- need to go out and try if i can compete at least in sharpness

Sorry to hear about the family health issues,I am glad you could get out and walk and take photos. I find the light is always lovely in your images.

Wonderful shots with the Nikkor 300mm ED.


What is your feeling or experience with the Nikkor K 300mm f:4.5 ?

my fave are 2 and 3, but all ones are fine.
It seems a lens well playing especially in the contrast game....
