Made a mini studio on my desk using some A3 paper and my old canon 300TL flash.

These are all of my nikon primes. The lens used to take the photo was a Tamron SP 35-80mm f2.8-3.8 01F

16mm f2.8 AF-D fisheye
20mm f1.8 AF-S G ED
24mm f2.8 N.C Auto (AI converted)
28mm f2 AI-s
35mm f1.4 AI-s
50mm f1.2 AI-s
55mm f2.8 AF Micro
50mm f1.8 AI-s
135mm f2.8 AI
300mm f2.8 AI-s IFED

Nice collection! Some seriously good glass there. Smile

But you could take a more attractive photo by positioning them around the giant...

That would be my OCD telling me they had to be in ascending focal length order.

Still not 100% sure. I have a C/y planar 85 f1.4 so the logical choice would be the ZF version. Prior to getting the zeiss, I always wanted the ai-s f1.4, but it's a rare lens that costs a bit too much these days. The AF-D 1.4 and the newer AF-S f1.8 are also worthy contenders as they are good value now. The zeiss otus would be the dream lens as it's just insane money. I'm just tiding by using the mamiya m645 80 f1.9 instead as it saves me money.
