In dutch the literal translation is: Kleuren van de stad
but for your project the simple term: Stadskleuren is more approriate.
Plural: Kleuren van de steden

And in Turkish it's "şehrin rengi" bu t probably you won't be able to see the first character so safer one: "sehrin rengi"

My name has also 2 unsafe characters of 6 which is in real "Yalçın" but I'm using the safer one "Yalcin" Smile
If the browser is unicode compliant there's no reason not to see the right diacritics. At least Firefox 3.01 and Internet Explorer 7.0.5 does it right.

Before firefox 3 even I couldn't see the right characters unless I choose Windows-1254 as character encoding Smile

Koji,
do you use latin alphapet in www adresses? Japan is a complete different universe out there so it's hard to get it into my project but if I can and will do then I'll work with my friend out there, someone knowing that culture is essential in success Smile
I don't know a lot of people from every country so I'll inform anyone interested after my demo of my city Izmir ready as I'll need locals and the best part is you will take pictures (of course there will be other managerial stuff Smile). For now lets get the domain names for the first phase Smile
