Hi,

I have 3 lenses I could buy.

Sorry, this is the only photo I could get, and seller do not know what he is selling.

He told me it is M42 RONY lens - 28mm - 35mm - 135mm

The problem, there is not a single information about Rony lens. For those who have some, is it ok lenses ?
Google Rony lens, and you will have Sony lens lol Rolling Eyes

Any inputs greatly appreciate

Thank you !

Your best bet would be to try to get the seller to take photos of the front bezel around the lens. Nearly all manufacturers form that era had valuable info on the "name ring" (stylistically they look to be late 70's early 80's lenses). If you can get those photos come back and try your query here again.

Some notes -

Late 60's-early 70's I think.

The 135 looks a lot like the old Tokina.

Some kind of interchangeable mount it seems, maybe.
Very prominent A/M switch.

The 35mm does not look much like the Tokina.

Interesting and a bit different lot.

Yes this is very intriguing, this is why I may bought them and see.

For $35 I hope it will be at least sharp in the center @ F8 Laughing

The exaggerated lever evokes notions of early Sigmas, but I don't think that's what it is.

A somewhat confusing Rony lens auction here (must translate):

https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/o187412517#

Seller says photos are wrong. Lens sold for roughly US$84.

However, see here photo of Rony lens mounted onto a Rony camera body:

That second Rony, is a Cimko exactly the same lens was sold as a Topcon AM.

Need to see better pics of the OP's lenses but they look like Suns or maybe Komuras to me.

Camera too?
"Le Rony RS1 est strictement identique au Topcon RM300."

edit:
"Rony était l'importateur des appareils Topcon pour la France, c'est ce qui explique que cet appareil Topcon porte le rare nom de Rony."

edit:
but it is not m42?

I will have more photos this week

Rony was just an importer and used to rebrand their lens, so this could be why there is few inputs about it.

I will have them in october, I will post more photos later.

Thank you !

Rony was a french photo/video importer
It was based in Marseille (south of france) and founded by two jewish brother, one of them named "rony"

They sold thousands of products (mainly in s8 and photo) but also in electronics under rony brand

They were one of the very few importer of the Osanon diigtal 750 (producted by yashima co - NOT yashica) renamed as rony mc750, that camera was the second camera (after the fuji st901) with led in viewfinder but the exposure was indicated not as 1/1000 but as 0.001 (why !!)

One of their final business was as Makinon (makina) importer
