Hi!

I had the chance to buy original Zeiss information material on ebay. I'm really happy about this.

Each of the pages tells about the history of a Zeiss lens and shows some MTF-charts.

What I'd like to offer is that anybody who owns a Zeiss lens just lists it here in this thread and I will try to provide a copy of the page to download.

Carsten

Are you talking about the books or the CDROM?

This is a printed collection of single pages.

It only deals with modern Zeiss lenses (C/Y and Hasselblad mounts) and some special task lenses like microscopic etc.

I am afraid from this, I have only old ones and from DDR.

All Zeiss MTFs and introductory tests are available as PDFs on www.carlzeiss.de

But this is sure a nice collection to have anyway.

Yes, esp. because I got them for very little money. Wink

And it's about the lenses with C/Y mount. On zeiss.de I only find the very new ones, maybe I have to look harder...

They're all there, these are the English PDFs:

Some lenses are missing in English but are present in the German PDFs, which I can't find now (but exist).

Ah, OK! Thanks for the link. So I do not need to copy any of them. Wink
