Wow! I didn't even know you had all these lenses! I'm betting there are some very good results from using these medium format lenses, what with the "sweet spot" and all.

NOW I'd like to see some more of your wonderful images, Voytek! Smile

Some of those Mamiya lenses are real bargains sometimes.

Good idea. I didn't know there was an adapter.

Voytek
That is an amazing collection. We need to see more of your samples - these are very fine and your lenses should be better represented. I have a few P6 lenses and love them all. One consistent quality I see with them and your samples is a very nice OOF rendition

Hi Voytek,

Your Mamiya samples are really nice, although my preferred is #8.
I started using P6 lenses on my K10D quite "by mistake": i bought a P6 with 3 lenses because one of them was a Meyer Orestor 300/4, and was thinking about selling the two others, a Biometar 80 and a Flektogon 50. After using them for a few weeks, i almost changed my mind Wink ...

Thanks for the samples.

Does the small knurled knob fit in a detent in the lens, or does it just press against it? I'm curious because I was making an adaptor for my Mamiya 645 80mm f/1.9 to fit Olympus 4/3rds and couldn't figure out how the lens were locked in place on Mamiya 645 mount.

Good stuff Voytek. Thanks for the info. I guess I'll just stick to one due to adapter availability on the A-mount/Sony mount and then the price or jump ship to Canon or Pentax but I need funds either way. Life is so complicated with limited funds Smile .
cheers,
gil

I've always felt that the Vega 12B 90/2.8 was a fine lens with gorgeous bokeh and color rendition.

Voytek,
photo n.8 is beautiful
The composition (a rather extreme one, tha twould be wrong in many other cases) fits it perfectly.
