Recently I had some issues with a batch of pics taken with my Yashica - for which I had only a couple lenses.
I have much more glass for my Minolta.
Today I was able to solve my problem. I lucked into a decently priced ($18.26 USD - including shipping and handling) Tamron Adaptall-2 adapter for M42.
The reason this makes me happy is that it makes all my Tamron lenses usable on my Yashica - which should give me a better test of the camera.

That's good news!
Some time ago I found an Adaptall2-CanonFD-mount and now I can use all my Tamrons on my FTb QL. _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!

I suppose with a Tamron lens/AdaptAll-m42/m42-yashica-contax combination you lose automatic aperture, right? With an AdaptAll-y/c adapter you should be able to retain that. |

You mean back when I was in my early teens? No I was never into bell-bottom jeans - though from what I've seen on the street the girls have brought them back, especially if tight
