Received the Zeiss extension tubes yesterday and tried the largest tube
this morning with the J37A:
ant on thistle:
grass buds, maybe each are 2mm across:
cat's eye, soft focus for effect at f5:
Orio, thanks so much for this nifty idea!

You're welcome!
The advantage of the J-37 is that it's sharp wide open, so you don't need to stop down much to get sharp macros (if you can life with the narrow DOF that is) _________________ _

Watching this shots feels like using too many drugs
Impressive pictures, Bill, I think I should also be after some tubes in the future...

Thanks for your comments, guys. The wind kicked up and wreaked
havoc on trying any more shots outside, but I hope to experiment some
more with this lens and using different extension tube lengths.
