I like moonlit seascapes.
So I arranged to be at the right place with the right lens.

Moonlit caldera, Santorini
(click for high-res, the scaled-down version is no good)

Looks good, Nikos. THe sea looks beautiful, like melted silver. I only wish there was a way to make the church not to look that pistacchio green.

Green. Oh well, I am at war with some colors as you know...
There are very specific hues that I can recognize as green.
I cannot make so fine adjustments (pistachio green!) alone.

This is why I bought these white balance lens caps I posted
the other time. Haven't used them yet, however...

Is it really green?

Yes, pale pistacchio green. What colour do you see there?

I am wondering, could it really have been pale green? Perhaps a green light...
Because the light on the sea is a very nice and brilliant silver.

Yes, it is surely some kind of fluo light.

Orio's right. A little adjustment of WB should fix it
