This Screw keeps the part, which holds the Diaphragm Lever of the Lens Pentax 2.8/100 mm
It is about 1.2-1.3 mm thick and 5 mm long.
The Part with the broken Screw is like tube with inner screw along the entire Length.
I can not find а Solution.
Does anyone have any Idea?
Thank you!

All I can think of:- is drilling a small hole and inserting a self tapping screw to screw it out or if the end is blocked you should have enough bite to unscrew...but this depends if the screw is not locked in with some locking fluid originally.

First a nice soak in WD-40 to loosen it. Now I see a small edge where the head broke off. I would use a small chisel on bigger screws but you may be able to use an old tiny screw driver to tap this edge in a counter clockwise direction. A small vise would help to hold the piece but don't squeeze it too hard.

I saw a neat trick by Jesito i think it was, where he melted the end of a plastic biro and pushed it into a screw head that was broken and the plastic took up all of the shape of the remaining head of the screw. This gave just enough grip for the screw to be removed.

Might be worth a try.

Steve.

I've been able in the past to drill through a stuck set screw with 1/32" bit and get it out.
