Cosmetically it's very good - only a small amount of rubbing.
Glass is clean.
Focusing - smoothish but slighty "gritty" - not heavy or lumpy
Diaphragm - clean and snappy
The lens comes with a wideangle hood (shown attached in the photo) and a brown case. There are NO filters or caps. Grizzly has a full set.
I'm asking 50 GBP + Shipping + 3% paypal.
If you want some more photos I'll upload some.

I recommend the MIR-38B to everyone, including those with big name lenses.
It is terrific sharp already wide open.
One of the most ignored and under-rated MF lenses that are availlable.

Thanks Orio. I like it too. However I've decided to rationalise my "collection" and limit it to Nikon and 3rd party Ai lenses.

I had 90mm VEGA, I rate higher than Biometar, very nice lens.

Focusing is seriously smooth.
Clean and snappy iris.
DOF lever is fine.
Two caps.
I bought it "as new" but I think it has been used. However there are only a few small marks and a little light rubbing.
Pictures in 20 min.
