Mine minolta X-700 I recently bought and seemed to be fine, is not Sad Everything works fine but when i try with film it got stuck at frame no 8, could not do anything. Shutter would not fire and winder did not work. I ended up rewinding film and without it it works all the time but when i try it with the film it gets stuck at different frames but usually in fist 10. Any idea?

H'mm maybe the shutter button is sticking as you can't wind on without firing the shutter, but doesn't explain without a film it's ok...might be worth checking on the net to what happens if the capacitors are not working properly (sub standard capacitors were in Minolta cameras up to a certain serial no)

i know about capacitors but I don't think that's the issue if without film is ok
