+1

My favourite Minolta film camera is the XE-1 of which I have two. I just had to have a black and chrome version. Rolling Eyes

I have an X-700 and an SRT-303. Both nice.

I would rather call them "classic" instead of "baroque".
IMHO still some of the best MF SLR cameras in existence and for sure some of the best cameras of their times.

My most favorite is btw. the X-500, introduced 1983 (the newest camera in this picture). Wink

Is it your favorite bacause, unlike the X700, both the aperture and shutter speeds are coupled with the meter?

Not only. The main differences can be found here: http://www.rokkorfiles.com/X-570.htm
It's actually the better camera. Wink
It certainly plays a not so unimportant role that I own and use it since 1983 as my "working horse".
The only Minoltas I've used before was a borrowed XD7 and a own XG-M which I traded for the new X-500.
So all of the shown cameras (besides the black X-500) are not as long in my collection and bought all second hand.
BTW, my first own SLR was the Fujica AX-3 from 1980. Wink

That is a very neat collection!
I have an xe-1 myself but I find it pretty heavy

Nice collection. I have an X-700 and a Maxxum 7000, both are great!
