When the snow melts, all that's left is a lot of water and mud. A few shots from a short photo walk a couple of days ago, first four with the Minolta MD Zoom 75-150mm/4.0, the last with a plain MD 24mm/2.8:

Thanks! Smile The 75-150/4 is a top lens. Here it's used with a straight MD-NEX adapter on a NEX6 and it performs very well. The 24/2.8 photo on the other hand is a little soft, but it was shot on a Lens Turbo with a polarizer and at f/11 so any one of these factors could influence sharpness. Still a good lens. Smile

Thank you. Smile

Another one from a different day and a different location but along the same lines (melting snow and all that):

(Minolta MD 24mm/2.8 on Sony NEX6 + Lens Turbo II)

After this shot my camera decided to take a dive in the icy water. I thought it was dead for sure. Crying or Very sad

But after two days of drying it's as good as new. Very Happy
