Any opinions on this lens? It's the version for 645, not 67. I have the opportunity to buy one, but there's very little info available online.

It's a not very common lens for the 645, and quite sought after. That alone suggests it to be useful. I would immediately buy it, even though I've never been using one! Why?

Several normal to tele lenses from the Sekor C and Sekor A series I own are very well corrected, e. g. the Sekor C 4/80mm Macro (no CAs at all visible on 43 MP FF), the Sekor A 4/120mm Macro (no CAs at all visible on 43 MP FF), the Sekor C 4/210mm (better than most vintage 4/200mm lenses and comparable to the AiS Nikkor 2.8/180mm ED), and the Sekor C 5.6/300mm ULD (as good as the very best vintage 300mm lenses such as the Nikkor 4.5/300mm ED "non-IF", the Canon FL 5.6/300mm Fluorite and the Canon FD 2.8/300mm Fluorite).

I would be surprised if the Sekor C 2.8/110mm was an outlier ...

I have one. The positives are great sharpness and pleasing rendering.
The negatives are size and weight compared to a full frame lens but it's not too bad. The focusing ring is not smooth, needs new lube probably. This is worth checking
It was about 150 EUR from Japan.

I made two threads about it:

Thanks for your thoughts. I finally bought it. Mechanically perfect. Backside of front element has light fungus around the edges. Doesn't look alarming to me and I'll probably try to remove it.

Sorry for the uninspiring pictures Smile. I like how this lens renders, a keeper probably!
Have to look for another adapter though. Can't quite reach infinity focus with my cheap one, had the same with the Mamiya 120/4 macro.

Looks like a fine specimen!

Good and sharp rendering. Nicely soft bokeh but prone to drawing lines were anything with straight lines is in the background.

I think I can confirm what D1N0 says: bokeh is definitely a strong point of this lens, as long as you watch out with straight lines. The bokeh is also very uniform across the frame; probably an advantage of using a medium format lens on a full frame camera.
