I would, too. Another Brit that knows him says he uses top of the line Nikon
and Canon DSLRs with top quality glass (whatever that may be). It looks
like he's no stranger to Nik software, but that's just a guess.

Nice find
I see a softbox in behind the camera in some of the eye reflections.
Pretty wet with pp but very well done at that.
Nice find Bill. Very inspiring.
Regardless of his technique in shooting his talent finding ability and direction are very unique.
How do you find so many interesting and gritty subjects that are willing and capable of giving the camera "that" look.

Andy, thanks, I think he turned over some rocks (figuratively) and took
pictures of what he found, by going into the rough sections of towns to
find these folk. Some of the rheumy eyed subjects are in advanced
stages of alcoholism, or worse. You get some retinal burns staring at their
pain and despair.
