Me.
Yes the protruding rear metal flange does not clear the 5D's mirror, but it's very easily sandpapered away, an operation which has no functional consequences on any level. I did that on the 2.8/24, 2/28 and 3.5/20, and they all work great with the 5D and keep perfect compatibility with Nikon cameras.

Any news on the Volna? Should I start a tracing procedure with the Italian Post?

make sure to insulate the rear glass carefully to avoid both accidental contact with sandpaper and the fallout of aluminium dust. I place a piece of plastic above the glass, secure it with masking tape, then place a little bit of soft cloth above that, also kept in place with masking tape.
When you have finished and remove the protection, make sure to blow on the rear glass with an air pump, to remove any possible infiltration of metal dust. A nearly invisible metal dust particle can scratch and damage the coating if you perform a cleaning action on the glass, so it is important to make sure there isn't any before cleaning.

Not substantially - LX has best viewfinder but is dearer...

I also have a ME (not Super) and the viewfinder seems bigger. It doesn't seem to be better but I'm only testing it indoors.

That's a nice looking cam! Are you sure you want to sell it?
Perhaps you feel like shooting another roll one day...

I still have my Pentax MZ-5n (yeah, I know, it is autofocus), Ricoh KR-10x (on loan to a friend studying photography), Ricoh XR-X, Pentax ME (need to replace light seals), Olympus OM-1 and Zeiss Ikon Nettar to shoot film Very Happy .. I forgot the Zenit 12XP that was attached to my Helios 44m Wink

It could be useful to someone else instead of gathering dust in my attic.

A Pentax-k bayonet body?...
I've got none of these, and this is quite cheap... Maybe a nice film complement/backup for the K100D...

Best regards,
Jes.

Works in Program (with A lens), AV or Manual Mode. It is only missing a DOF preview.
