Steinheil Munchen Culminar 4.5/135 M42 long silver barrel - is that the one ?

If so I've got one. The barrel is very clean and the glass looks OK (I'll have to check in daylight later today). However
1. Focussing is a little stiff - heavily damped not bumpy and certainly mangeable
2. The diaphragm (20?) blades move smoothly between ~ 5-5.6 and 32. However the aperture will not open up to 4.5.

It looks as though one of the blades may have slipped but I can't be certain. It was working fine until a couple of months ago. I decided to sell and gave it a quick check before listing on ebay. That was when the problem occurred ! Lucky in one way.

Do you want to make me an offer for "as is" ? Or would you like me to open it up with a view to fixing the problem ?
