I did it this May. Friendly, professional, high quality job, still has replacement parts for many old cameras and lenses (e.g. Exaktas).
Another possibility is Dr. Gejza Dunay. While he is not in Germany (Slovakia), it's still in the EU, and he does a great job on Eastern European equipment. I serviced a bunch of Exaktas with him, and he did a nice job.
