Hi All,
time for my first post after reading a lot, quite an unfortunate post. I have the aforementioned nifty fifty and during a cleaning operation (don't ask) I ended up with a seriously chipped 2nd element (guess what happened).

Well now it's clean, but I have to crop a lot to get rid of the anomaly...
Does anyone have a sister lens willing to part with ? I mean a busted one, completely not working an not suitable for selling.
Basically I only need the second element from the 1st front group, the rest of the lens can be totally knackered. I believe this is the "new" version with black back ring, New FD mount, the one where the name plate is clipped on, not screwed in.

Anybody ? Anybody ? I'm so bummed out.
