Does anyone know what layout this lens has? Even better, a schematic diagram?

Cheers. It's a very annoying lens to try to use, very hard to focus, but quite sharp when you do get it in focus. Horrendous LoCA though. Definitely a lens that needs to be used on a firm tripod. I've corrected the CA on these as best I could:
