Some might have read my topic "curious about Konica", in which i asked about these lenses. Well, my set has arrived, a FS-1 body with 1.8/40, 3.5/135 and 3.5/28 lens.

At first i was planning on using these lenses on my NEX, but now that i have the set here, i changed my mind.

This set is litteraly NEW! No signs of wear, no scratch, nothing! I could have never expected to receive it in the state it is in! Really made my day!

So, i compared shutter/aperture combinations with my A300 to see if the light meter would still be acurate, and guess what: it is!
It's a shutter priority camera, (or complete auto exposure, which i will not use), motor transport and easy load system.

This camera deserves to be used with film, it feels great, so i'll use it with some expired (2003) Kodak Gold-Ultra 200 for a first test run!!

I wil get the Konica/NEX adapter, but i'm not in a hurry now! Wink

Here's a pic of the set:

Congraulations! Beautiful setup.
I should point out one thing with this camera. The FS-1 was Konica's first electronic body and the circuits in it are extremely sensitive to voltage variations. It is very important NEVER to use rechargeable batteries with it, but only the recommended alkaline ones. There should be a warning sticker to that effect inside the battery housing. Otherwise, its a great camera. I have several of them and I love the way they feel in my hand.

@iangreenhalgh1 :
Thanks! Those pics look promising!! I'll post mine when done with the roll!

@konicamera :
Thanks!
About the batteries: yes, i've read that before i bought it. There's a set of Duracell's in it now, that seemed the wiser decision! Everything works like it should, now it's just shooting and waiting for the results!

Check carefully works well or not before ruin film, honestly Konica cameras are frequently in non working condition.If works a joy to use it.

Attila, yes, that's what i have read about before i bought it. Initially i just bought it for the lenses, but it all seems to work perfectly, i tried all shutterspeeds, with open back to see the shutter actually working.
This morning i compared shutter/aperture combinations with the A300 next to it, to see if the A300 makes the same choices when operated in shutter priority. All works fine, just took some shots outside, we will have to wait what comes out when the film is developed!

I must say, the Konica body feels good in my hands, the large side where the 4 AA cells are situated makes it comfortable.
