A few weeks ago I found the same lens (probably in mint condition, I can't remember) on allegro.pl (Polish auction service) for 7000 PLN (~2790 USD; 1940 €).
I found another interesting mirror lens:

It's in mint condition but of course it isn't reaching a level of Zeiss lens.
This lens is much cheaper, but... cost over twice more, than my monthly student scholarship Smile

This is quite common and generally going for 200 EUR or less.
