I don't know about that... but a former owner (probably 1 or 2 removed from me) saw this Spottie, recognized it, and wanted it back. So he made an offer I couldn't refuse Laughing

I was given a 1930's Voigtlander Brilliant-- it was in a loft for years--- when i got it I had to brush it all out with a soft toothbrush, clean the leather case and put on some Neatsfoot Oil, clean the lens back and front but could not get inside lens. I took some photos and they were quite sharp !! There was an original 'Voigtlander Yellow filter' in a little leather case and original instruction book too!

I agree too, too much gold logo stuff. Not Zeiss at all.

I love the ugly hammerit Leica and the celeb chick red Cannon Smile
I also like the Leica M6 with grip but the CV35/1.4 lens on makes it like a shemale to me, turning me off immediately Wink

Here's another Leica, less prestine, more mature condition, with young stud Nokton 50/1.1 on it:

A beautiful mature couple:

1954 M3 + 1956 Summicron-M collapsible - an awesome combo, awesome IQ considering age, better than anything I know from that era.

ZM Biogon 35/2, M-Rokkor 28/2.8, ZM C-Sonnar 50/1.5 and Leica Summicron-M 50/2
(aka three teens and one mature wide open)

Actually teenager aswell but looks more like a M*LF g*ngb*ng Wink

Kiev 88 + complete lens setup
