I recently bought a Kilfitt Kilar 150mm F3.5. The lens is in pretty good condition, minus some very light cleaning marks on the front element. I can't wait to use it. I've seen other examples on Google of the same lens mounted for Hasselblad and I'd like to concert this to fit my Pentax 645. Does anyone know if the rear mount comes off? I can't seem to unscrew it by hand. I can't find any grub screws to remove it, unless they are under the rubber ring on the mount (as seen in the last two photos). I'd hate to remove the rubber ring and damage it.

Beautiful looking lens! If you do a search, you will find it has been reviewed here on the forum.

It's impossible to tell from the photo, but the thread mount on this lens could very well be Leica thread mount (M39), designed for use on a Visoflex housing. You should find out before you dismantle thing, since you could just get a Viso -> P645 adapter and be ready to go.

All the best,

Paul
