Yes right, be sure ! Look the for SLR pic that lens short really like an 50mm lens.

Perhaps this lens was made before first SLR version came out.

Hang on, if you adapt a rangefinder (M39) lens to an SLR, it won't work (unless you use it for macro shots!). The register is different.

Or do you think is has been "rebuilt" to the new register distance?
