This is the run of the mill Zebra striped Jena. Got it on ebay cheap.
Lighting is afternoon light from north window.

Simply beautiful, Bob! Northern light makes the perfect exposue for this,
one of the reasons artists set up their easels in a northern window, such
even, ambient light. Colors are superb, too. This pic would benefit from being matted. Wink

Was this shot at f5.6 or f4?

Bill,
I think it was 5.6 Not sure I'll have to start writing the data down.

It looks like 5.6 but who cares, you nailed it! Just perfect in every way,
the crop, everything. This is going on the wall, isn't it? It should. Where
I'm from in northern Idaho we call the little white flowers under the lilies,
"baby's tears." Might go by a different name down here in the south.

Yup, I've come back here several times to look. Like the yellow color
in the background on the one lily, very nice floral arrangement!

Beautiful, natural capture! Is this captured with Carl Zeiss Jena Biometar 80mm f/2.8 ?

Attila,
The lens is just marked AUS Jena. Used a pentacon 6 adaptor to EOS 20D.

It means "From Jena" (a town in ex East Germany). This lens dates from the time there were Carl Zeiss factories in both East & West Germany and after a legal battle only the West German company could use the Zeiss name. The East German factory, which made the famous Carl Zeiss Jena lenses, was only allowed to use the "Aus Jena" part of the name.
