Good find.
These are curious pieces. I have one myself in yet another brand. I need to post my stuff from that sometime.

The maker seems to have been Itoh, that was apparently an actual lensmaker. The house band was Higon.
I believe Itoh still exists as a lens grinder/manufacturer - i.e., as a maker of lens components.

I have several others of this 1960's line, it was fairly extensive.
