Do you know, what is the difference between them? Or they're the same lenses? I have two L3-MC, both of them incredible performers, but never seen the LZ version. Thanks. _________________ Sorry for my poor english |

Could be the same, I know the 61l/z is multi-coated and m42. L3 looks like it might be a cyrillic version of the same. _________________ Digital: Pentax and Samsung Dslr's

They are the same lens. Here is a sample that has L/Z: Click here to see on Ebay All that it means is that you have two domestic versions of the lens that say something that looks like UHДYCTAP L/З. The ones that will actually have L/Z are the export versions that have "INDUSTAR" in english. _________________ 35mm: zenit B + zenit 122 + praktica FX + sears (ricoh) TLS - chinon 2.8/28mm, mir 10A 3.5/28, pentacon 3.5/30, mir-1 2.8/37, simlar 1.5/50 (ltm m39 - macro work), tessar 2.8/50, industar 50-2 3.5/50, takumar 2/55, sears 1.4/55, helios 44-2 2/58, tair 11A 2.8/135, jupiter 21m 4/200

Just looked at my Industar and its all in Cyrillic like yours Csaba, so it appears I have a Russian rather than an export lens, but as themoleman says they are definately the same piece of kit, great close up lens and very sharp. _________________ Digital: Pentax and Samsung Dslr's

I have a lot to do nowadays, excuse me Attila. Here are some pics with the 61 L3-MC. On monday I made a trip on the hills, was a lot rain, low lights, here is the outcome. You can see some noise, but had to use higher iso.
On the second picture you can see a strange bokeh. Yeah, this is industar, I really like it. Usually I hate that modern, creamy bokeh coming out from new lenses. I found only one, what I like, that is the Canon 135/2L. It has a strange bokeh too, if you use it cleverly. _________________ Sorry for my poor english |

#3 is very nice.
Almost looks like a little blue person sitting on a leaf (with beautiful wings of course). _________________ Michael Hill

Three good pics to illustrate the lens. I like that type of bokeh, personally. It totally obscures the background and leaves the attention on the subject - which is the whole point. _________________ Dave
