But isn't Imageshack behind this?...
Let's try with a smaller size picture:

Mmmm... it seems to work now.
Best regards,
Jes.

Nice result sunshine. This Yashica look top wide open. Also the 1600 of the 40 look clean. I see a big bottle of lemonade in one girl hand, look you had good time. At 1/40s you have a steady hand, no need of IS for you.

Indoor and with available light. Some really soft portrait type images. Here are a couple more with the ML 55 1.2

The color one is @ f2 1/60th sec iso 1600

The B+W is f? (any guesses) 1/25th sec iso 1600

Hi Andy,
I like very much both, specially the second one. The light effect on the cup is great!.
Have you done any noise reduction on them?. If not, the 40D's sensor is impressive compared against previous models...
Best regards,
Jes.

Hi Jes, I'm happy you like them. The second is also the one I like best althogh, the detail in her face is lost without some more light. No NR this is straight from camera with just a small curve to help bring out the subject. I have a ways to go with the 40D but it's starting to become more natural. Andy
