It is a Marumi 0,42 wide attachment on Jupiter 9 85/2.

So what is it? Seems slightly wide normal but how fast it should be.

Not the sharpest combo but strangely dreamy, post photos when we get some light here. (maybe next summer)

It's not worth even thinking about it, to be honest.
The 0.42 only indicates that it shortens the focal length by 0.42 which means you can get something like a 35mm lens from a J9, but a very bad one. There is no speed won and the IQ is deteriorated considerably.

Buy it only if you really like the "effect" such a set creates.

so I can't replace my Distagon with this Smile

What I like is the strange "old" look (someone might accuse me of lomoism)

btw this is "Marumi Deluxe Super Wide", I wonder how bad the "Standard" is?

I've got a couple of these, they came with bundles. I use one once in a while for video, its not too bad and allows me to get a wider shot than normal. Stop down and it does become sharper. Mu images are nothing like that one though. Much clearer. A touch of CA though
