Why do they have to make me 6-7 holes in the arms and hands every time they have to take my blood?

Are they using autofocus to aim at the veins?

Oh, I have that problem too. And when they do eventually find a vein, as soon as they start to draw blood it collapses because of the suction. With me, it's worse than getting me to open my wallet. I tried to donate blood once and they rejected me!
