I think in this time frame Jack Hannes, (Hanimex) would of also used an export agent. I also feel inclined to think that the agent may well of been Hansa. I could put this to Charles to see if he recalls a company by this name acting as an agent for Tokyo Koki.

I am also going to send Charles the links to this forum and created threads.

Relating also to this topic: http://forum.mflenses.com/birding-with-hanimex-135-2-8-t44113.html
It's even branded Tokina here: http://forum.mflenses.com/viewtopic,p,1191346.html#1191346

So we have serial code starting with H64... H65... and H67... all of the same 2.8/135mm lens.
H66... 2.8/35mm of the same series branded Super-Lentar: http://forum.mflenses.com/super-lentar-35mm-f-2-8-surprisingly-good-t33057,highlight,%2Blentar.html

This might also interfere with Soligor coding: http://forum.mflenses.com/soligor-12-8-f28mm-21and-versions-t30866,start,165.html
