But not from Chernobil!. It's from my lemon tree. All the other lemons are normal, this one is somewhat eccentric

Probably caused by a virus or something.
Or maybe its caused by the shower of bright globules of mercury that are being thrown towards the camera? (Horror bokeh, exhibit A).

Yes, I did notice it when shooting. Close to sunset, and backlight...
Awful bokeh, strange from a Flekto.

I actually find the picture quite scary. It shows how nature can get confused and abnormally casual when missing key instructions and the genes have to try "invent" a shape for themselves.
That shows how thin is the balance our lives are build on...

| Very interesting. I think mother nature just became a bit bored with lemons always the same shape. Here she shows a little creative energy. You know trying something new to see if it works out. It's pretty but I think Orio is correct. This one will be a dead end and a one of a kind. |
